Generally or products are shipped between Monday to Saturday on the next day after receiving the order.
Requests received later than 2 business days after placing the order are not considered valid. Any cancellation request has to be sent before the shipping of the product.
Refund for products will only be given if the product is damaged in transit. However such a damage in transit should be reported to our team using the contact us link in the contact us page within 24 hours of deliver.
